Service Description

Need a little extra time? Our 90 minute hire option gives you the flexibility to make the most of your session, whether you're working with your own dog, meeting a client, filming content or simply taking a more relaxed approach to training. Our suggested use for this time slot would be for a one-to-one training session with a client giving you 15 minutes leeway either side of an hours session. Perfect for: - One-to-one training sessions - Longer training sessions - Professional dog trainers - Behaviour consultations - Content creation and photography - Dog that benefit from a slower pace - Anyone wanting extra time without feeling rushed


Cancellation Policy

Ewelme Dog Training Facilities – Training Paddock Hire Rules By booking, hirer accepts these rules and is responsible for trainers, clients, guests, children and dogs attending under their booking. 1. Booking time Your booking includes arrival, setup, training, packing away and departure. There is no buffer between bookings. Do not enter early and ensure everyone, dogs, vehicles and equipment have left by the end time. Book enough time for your needs. Late arrival does not extend the booking. 2. Dogs and supervision Dogs remain the hirer’s responsibility and must be supervised and under control. Do not bring dogs showing signs of contagious illness. Children must be supervised. Keep gates closed and secure. 3. Cleanliness Pick up dog waste immediately and dispose of it as directed. Take all litter, food, broken toys and belongings home. Leave the paddock, parking area and facilities clean. 4. Respectful use Treat the land, fencing, gates, water point, parking area and neighbouring property with care. No digging, deliberate damage, unauthorised alterations, fires, abusive behaviour or unlawful activity. Follow signs and instructions. 5. Equipment add-ons Training and simulated gundog equipment may only be used when the correct add-on has been booked and paid for. Use equipment only as intended. Check it before use, report defects or damage immediately and do not use anything that appears unsafe. The hirer is responsible for equipment during their booking. It must not be removed from site. The hirer may be charged reasonable repair or replacement costs where equipment is lost, removed, stolen, misused or damaged by the hirer, trainer, clients, guests or dogs, excluding fair wear and tear. 6. Trainers Any trainer attending is independently chosen and engaged by the hirer. Ewelme Dog Training Facilities provides the paddock and facilities only and is not responsible for a trainer’s attendance, advice, methods, fees or services. 7. Safety and responsibility The hirer must decide whether the ground, weather, facilities and equipment are suitable for their dogs and activity. Stop using anything that becomes unsafe and report accidents, injuries or damage. The hirer is responsible for loss, injury or damage caused by themselves, their dogs or anyone attending under their booking. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Serious or repeated breaches may result in removal, cancelled bookings and refusal of further hire without refund.
