Our code of conduct

Code of Conduct

At Ewelme Dog Training Facilities, we are committed to creating a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for everyone. By using our facilities, you agree to follow the Code of Conduct below.

Respect Others

Please treat fellow visitors, trainers, staff and neighbouring businesses with courtesy and respect at all times. Abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Respect the Facilities

Please leave the facilities as you found them. Pick up after your dog, return any equipment after use and help us keep the site clean, tidy and enjoyable for everyone.

Put Dog Welfare First

The welfare of every dog must always be the highest priority. Dogs should be trained using fair, ethical and humane methods. Any behaviour or handling that compromises a dog’s welfare may result in you being asked to leave the site.

Be Considerate

Please arrive and leave within your allocated booking time. There is no buffer between bookings, so it’s important that the facilities are clear before the next visitors arrive.

Keep Everyone Safe

Dogs should remain under the control of a responsible adult at all times. Children must be supervised, and all visitors should take reasonable care to ensure the safety of themselves and others.

Respect Our Countryside

Ewelme Dog Training Facilities is located on a working farm. Please respect livestock, wildlife, neighbouring businesses and the surrounding countryside during your visit.

Professional Standards

Professional trainers using our facilities are expected to act professionally, maintain appropriate insurance and ensure their clients understand and follow this Code of Conduct.
